Dave has been providing business valuation, equipment and inventory appraisals, and transaction advisory services for over 10 years. Dave holds the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
His experience covers a wide array of businesses and industries including food and beverage, manufacturing, distribution/packaging, health care, transportation, construction, agribusiness, banking and more. He specializes in complex valuation matters, economic and financial modeling, and litigation related valuation needs.
Dave earned his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University. He received his MBA from East Carolina University. Dave lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and two dogs.
