Brumbaugh Appraisals is proud to announce the opening of their new office in Charlotte, NC.

With improved access to the I-85 corridor and South Carolina, we are excited about the opportunities this new location provides to better serve our clients in that region. Additionally, the proximity to Charlotte’s many banking institutions makes this new location a strategic move to provide our services to current and future clients.

David Brumbaugh, CMEA will be heading up the new office. David has several years of experience working in the machinery/equipment appraisal industry and business valuation arena. His experience covers a wide array of businesses and industries including food and beverage, manufacturing, distribution/packaging, health care, transportation, construction, agribusiness, banking and more. He specializes in data collection, analysis, and business development.
